- This event has passed.
Wednesday, March 15 @ 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm$10
The Bobby Young Project kicks off Pro Blues Jam in the first set. Local talent and special guests are invited to join in during the second set.
Strongly influenced by Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Sly Stone and Freddie Stone, Bobby Young has self-admittedly had a “love affair with music and the guitar…for over fifty years.” He’s performed with John Lee Hooker, Maria Muldaur, Richard “Dimples” Fields, and Sugar Pie DeSanto. Joining him is Nick Young on guitar, Greg Simmons on bass, Tarika Lewis on violin, Eric Honeywell on vocals, Lacrosse Harris on drums, Gig Anderson on keyboards, and on special occasions, Blues Hall of Fame inductee Wylie Trass.
