Maria Muldaur is best known for her 1974 mega-hit “Midnight at the Oasis.” With several Grammy nominations and national radio play, she enshrined herself in the hearts of Baby Boomers everywhere. In the 40 years since “Midnight,” Muldaur has toured extensively worldwide and has had numerous solo albums—sweeping genres like American Roots, Folk, Gospel, R&B, Jazz, and Big Band. Her critically acclaimed Sony Plains Records release, Richland Woman Blues, was nominated as Best Traditional Blues Album by the Blues Foundation.
