Dixie School fundraiser – Can Do! Join the band Good Karma for a special Dixie School District Fundraiser. Good Karma is what the band will bring as it weaves an infectious mix of feel-good jazz for all musical tastes. The six person band is consists of Dixie School District parents and one teacher, each who bring distinct musical experiences and their own flavor of musicianship. Singing in Persian, English, and French, his songs feature themes of love, solitude, and nostalgia. He has written compositions for artists such as Farhad Mehrad, Dariush Eghbali, Helen, Leila Forouhar, Googoosh, Ebi, and Sattar. Iranian composer and singer-songwriter Farzad Arjmand has been performing flamenco guitar in the Bay Area since 1981.
